Community Development Initiatives Funded
A portion of profits will sponsor programs like:

- Partnerships with trade schools for ongoing workforce pipelines
- Public improvements like parks, broadband access, and transportation
Partnership with Native American Tribes and Veterans Organizations
The Fund seeks to partner closely with groups like:
- Local tribal housing authorities to build workforce housing on reservations
- Native CDFIs to expand homeownership and small business creation
- Veterans groups for supportive housing initiatives and contracting opportunities
- Veteran service organizations for employment placement and social services
Arizona
Investments in the greater Phoenix area will focus on manufacturing expansion and apartment development to address the city's shortage of over 50,000 affordable rental homes. By partnering with local Native American tribes, hundreds of sustainable single-family units can be constructed rapidly on their lands through Gigacrete's innovative building process.
Oklahoma
Nearly half of renters in Oklahoma City spend over 30% of their income on housing costs. The Fund seeks to develop two affordable multifamily properties totaling 300 units near public transit in underserved neighborhoods. A portion will target housing and jobs for military veterans. Construction is projected to start within 18 months of investment
Georgia
Atlanta's booming population and tight housing market have led to rising displacement in historically black communities close to the city center. The Fund is evaluating sites near downtown to build low-rise condominiums using Gigacrete systems, with preference given to long-time residents and first-time homebuyers. Construction could create an estimated 400 local union jobs.
Idaho
In northern Idaho, Gigacrete's building methods are well-suited to address growing housing needs exacerbated by rising costs of construction in wood-frame regions. The Fund intends to construct over 500 single-family rental homes in under two years across underserved rural towns like Coeur d'Alene and Lewiston.
Michigan
Detroit's resurgence has worsened affordability as nearly half of all households are rent-burdened. The Fund has identified multiple Development Opportunity Zones for potential mixed-use projects near new public transportation, including apartment buildings, for-sale townhomes, and commercial spaces with a focus on creating 1,000 jobs.
