After learning about our groundbreaking building materials and patented construction systems allowing for unprecedented speed and scale, our managers recognized the potential for transformation. These techniques could help alleviate the national housing crisis like nothing before.
Significant research was conducted over several years monitoring the growing success in pilot projects around energy efficiency, durability, and most notably their ability to construct an entire home in just one day. With supportive policy innovations like Opportunity Zones now in play, the timing was right to pursue this opportunity at an institutional level.
By empowering this technology’s expansion and applying the model to develop new communities across eligible locations, we foresee a future where the critical needs around housing millions of families can finally start to be adequately addressed. Our goal is national impact through local revitalization.

Opportunity
As an evergreen Opportunity Zone fund, our initial fund is designed to operate as an long-term investment vehicle that will continuously reinvest capital gains into eligible property improvements, acquisitions, and new business ventures located within Opportunity Zones. This structure allows investors to benefit from capital gains tax exemptions at 5-, 7-, and 10-year holding periods.
The Fund's initial capital raise will be invested as follows:
Acquisition and expansion of the existing 50,000 sqft manufacturing facility located within a Qualified Opportunity Zone census tract. This facility produces proprietary construction materials for high-speed home construction while providing fireproof, floodproof, and hurricane proof housing options.
Investment in land parcels located nearby to construct new affordable communities utilizing the company's patented construction systems.
Partnership with the Veteran, Native American, and low-income Communities to launch workforce housing initiatives on lands using building technologies
Small business loans and infrastructure improvements supporting local contractors and craftsmen involved in the housing projects.

According to HUD, over 20 million families living below the poverty line spend more than half their income on rent, leaving little left over for other necessities. Our goal is to help bridge this housing gap.
Long-standing barriers have contributed to homeownership rates for African Americans and Hispanics lagging far behind other groups. Our projects are designed to expand paths to property ownership in underserved communities.
By leveraging innovative construction technologies, we aim to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes rapidly and at a price point accessible to working families, seniors on fixed incomes, and others struggling in today's high-cost markets.
A portion of cash flows will support local programs aligned with our mission such as financial training, small landlord partnerships, and down payment assistance initiatives to expand affordable options.
